BondAssist (which replaces SmartBond) is a 3 year, transferable Guarantee, which provides the landlord with up to 5 weeks bond cover.

The tenant pays a single fee at the commencement of the tenancy for the issue of the Guarantee. At the end of the tenancy the landlord can call on the Guarantee where the tenant has breached the tenancy agreement.
